Do I need boxing or kickboxing experience?
Absolutely not! These classes mirror the art of training like a fighter. We know that not everyone is a boxer. Whether you are here to be a better fighter, healthier person, or you just want a fun workout and be part of a community, we’re here to support you!
Will I get individual attention?
Yes! Our family friendly staff will assist you every step of the way. We will direct you, offer pointers, and pull you aside for mitt work on an everyday basis.
What if I have an injury?
If you have an injury we are happy to modify exercises to maintain the full potential of awesomeness you’re about to endure.
I don’t own gloves. Can I borrow gloves for my first class?
Yes, you most certainly can!
How early should I arrive before my class?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to class in order to check in, wrap your hands, find a bag and get warmed up.
Do you have weight and cardio equipment?
Yes! We have rowing machines, Olympic weights, and a mix of other traditional and non traditional fitness accessories. Sooooo…we have everything!
Do you have open gym times or can I only take classes?
Yes, with your monthly membership, you can hang out after your class or before and use a treadmill, hit the weights … stay for awhile. Please note we do not have open gym from 1-3pm Monday through Friday.
