Teen Boxing Program


  • Sessions consist of Boxing techniques led by qualified Boxing trainers and conditioning/weight lifting overseen by certified personal trainers. 

  • We will focus on speed, agility, offensive/defensive strategies, punch combinations, and how to deal with an aggressor in and out of the ring.

  • Conditioning and weight lifting, inclusive of Olympic movements and plyometrics, will be used to build functional strength- a critical component to improving overall athletic performance.
