Teen Boxing Program
Sessions consist of Boxing techniques led by qualified Boxing trainers and conditioning/weight lifting overseen by certified personal trainers.
We will focus on speed, agility, offensive/defensive strategies, punch combinations, and how to deal with an aggressor in and out of the ring.
Conditioning and weight lifting, inclusive of Olympic movements and plyometrics, will be used to build functional strength- a critical component to improving overall athletic performance.
